Whether you are a creator or not, everyone needs a little light in their lives. I know where you can find some.

Meet Emily Peyton Cook. When I think of living a life of a Christian creator, I often think of her. She is an amazing artist, writer, and photographer with a heart for Jesus who has designed some uplifting and encouraging projects. From children’s books to devotionals, her works offer something for everyone.  Her story of Eclectic Emily is heartwarming and a must buy for the little one in your world. Emily also publishes a thoughtful and down-to-earth blog that will brighten your day and point you toward faith in a world struggling to find it.

You can check out her work at emilypeytoncook.com. Make sure to sign up for her newsletter while you are there! Help her celebrate shining the light in a world that requires us to search for it.

Shannon Leach is an inspirational encouragement writer and the owner of A Repurposed Heart and ARH Inspirations. Her authentic stories and books about leadership, life, and loving people focus on encouraging others and reminding them they are not alone. Her work can also be found in Guideposts and multiple Chicken Soup for the Soul books. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and is the co-founder of the nonprofit The Fostered Gift.
