Bring the Heat
No one said it was easy. But one of the best things we will ever do for ourselves, our faith, and our testimony is look ourselves in the mirror and ask the really hard questions. The ones we usually know the answer to but would prefer to not think about. It is hard, but we are better people for it when we reveal the answers. We are better people when we walk through the heat of those hard questions and arrive on the side of the light. One of the best ways to explore the answers is to use these questions for journaling prompts. So, grab a pen and your favorite journal. Let's see where we grow.
