Many years ago, I was diving into the world of podcasts for the first time, (yes, I know, late to the game) and I came across a soothing voice in a noisy world. Lara Casey. Her walks in the garden combined with her encouraging advice guided me home in some very uncertain times. She tells her story from a place of honesty and humility and literally reminds women they have hope hidden within them, they just have to look for it. Her favorite phrase grants the freedom to find a life that can be well-lived to those searching for answers. “You know all those things you have always wanted to do? You should go do them.” These words made so much of a difference for me.
If you are looking for a break. Some peace. A change. Some truth. Permission even. If you are looking for words that will lift you and remind you there are things that matter and you should find them, look no further than the woman who is granting life-changing words of legacy to her listeners. Add to that her amazing line of journals and planners that help you focus on setting goals that matter, and you have one of my top ten favorite inspirational people. If you have not yet had the pleasure of knowing who she is, let me lead you in the right direction. Check out her website at laracasey.com and see what she is cultivating today.
