This group of creators is welcoming, inspirational, supportive, encouraging, and well . . . downright funny. Every Wednesday night, writers, podcasters, and many other types of creators join together with each other under the leadership of Sarah Rhea Werner and spend time decompressing from the week and building each other up to head back out into the world and be the best creators they can be. If I can offer any piece of advice to my fellow creators and to my fellow leaders, it would be to get involved in a community that supports your craft or arena and lifts your spirits. There are many out there, this just happens to be one I am inspired by. Know that you are not alone and don’t have to create or lead alone either. Never forget, all you need is just one spark.
